HOW TO BOOK
Booking your appointment is now quicker and easier. We’ve removed the request form and moved everything to WhatsApp so you can message us directly. This means faster replies, clearer communication, and a smoother way to get your tattoo booked in without waiting around.
To book, simply click the WhatsApp link and send us a message with your idea, preferred dates, and any reference images you have. We’ll come back to you with availability, pricing guidance, and next steps. If it’s your first tattoo or a custom design, we’ll also talk through placement, size, and style before confirming anything.
Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll secure your appointment with a deposit. This locks in your date and allows us to start preparing your design. We’ll keep in touch right up to your appointment to make sure everything is ready and you know exactly what to expect on the day.
Deposits and Cancelations
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required.

Standard tattoo appointments require a £20 deposit

Full day tattoo sessions require a £150 deposit.

Your deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.
Deposits are non-refundable as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When a cancellation happens at short notice, it is often not possible to fill that appointment, resulting in lost studio time, preparation, and income.
Rescheduling Your Appointment
We understand that plans can change. If you need to rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 5 days' notice.
With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.
Late Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations made with less than 5 days' notice, missed appointments, or failure to attend without contacting us will result in your deposit being lost.
If you wish to book a new appointment after a late cancellation or missed appointment, a new deposit will be required.
Repeat Missed Appointments
We value our clients and understand that genuine emergencies can happen. However, repeated missed appointments affect our ability to run the studio smoothly.
If you miss or cancel two appointments with less than 5 days' notice, we may be unable to accept future bookings.
